A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled
"The management and budget act,"
by amending section 491 (MCL 18.1491).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec.
491. The Through the 2010-2011
fiscal year, the fiscal
year
of the this state shall commence October 1 and continue
through September 30. For the 2011-2012 fiscal year, the fiscal
year of this state shall commence on October 1 and continue through
June 30. Beginning for the 2012-2013 fiscal year and each fiscal
year thereafter, the fiscal year of this state shall commence on
July 1 and continue through June 30.
