A SUMMARY OF SENATE BILL 255 AS PASSED BY THE SENATE 5-29-13
The bill would amend the Single State Construction Code Act to specify that any provision of the Construction Code Act that is inconsistent with or in conflict with the Michigan Fireworks Safety Act related to the retail sale of consumer and low-impact fireworks would be superseded by the Fireworks Safety Act to the extent of the inconsistency or conflict.
