A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 4094 AS INTRODUCED 1-24-13
The bill would amend Part 401 (Wildlife Conservation) of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act to provide that an individual cannot be prosecuted, punished, or penalized for (1) lawfully taking game in another state or (2) for possessing that lawfully taken game in Michigan.
