A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 4346 AS INTRODUCED 2-28-13

The bill would amend the Michigan Penal Code to include intentionally discharging a firearm at a dwelling or an occupied structure under Section 234b of the code as one of the offenses constituting felony murder.  A conviction for felony murder is punished by imprisonment for life.
