A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 5744 AS INTRODUCED 9-9-14

House Bill 5744 would amend the Revised Judicature Act so that the circuit court fees required under Section 2529 would not be required of a party filing a child protective action or delinquency action under Section 2 of Chapter XIIA of the Probate Code (MCL 712A.2) or under the Young Adult Voluntary Foster Act (MCL 400.641 et al.)
