CONTENT

 

The bill would amend Part 31 (Water Resources Protection) of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act to prohibit the Department of Environmental Quality from establishing or enforcing an effluent limitation for the amount or concentration of sodium in a groundwater discharge, notwithstanding any other provision in Part 31 or rules promulgated under it.
