CONTENT

 

The bill would amend the Office of Child Support Act to require the Office of Child Support to develop and implement guidelines for the allocation and distribution of all child support payments that met the requirements of Federal law, regulation, or rule.

 

The Act establishes the Office of Child Support and lists actions that the Office must perform, which generally include development, coordination, and enforcement of child support services.
