CONTENT

 

The bill would amend Part 31 (Water Resources Protection) of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act to prohibit the Department of Environmental Quality from establishing or enforcing a limitation for the amount or concentration of sodium in groundwater or an effluent limitation for the amount or concentration of sodium in a groundwater discharge, notwithstanding any other provision in Part 31 or rules promulgated under it.
