     A bill to amend 1969 PA 317, entitled

"Worker's disability compensation act of 1969,"

by amending section 555 (MCL 418.555).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 555. The reimbursement provisions of the this chapter

shall not be are not available to any self-insurer who is carrier

currently delinquent in the payment of paying any assessment

authorized in this chapter.

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect

unless all of the following bills of the 97th Legislature are

enacted into law:

     (a) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 5489 (request no.

04528'13 **).

     (b) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 5490 (request no.

04529'13 **).
