SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 4411

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 1062.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 1062. The nonmotorized multiuse lane on the bridge along

the portion of highway M-231 over the Grand river and connecting

Robinson township and Crockery township in Ottawa county shall be

known as the "Sgt. Henry E. Plant Memorial Grand River Bridge Non-

Motorized Trail".
