A bill to amend 1956 PA 218, entitled
"The insurance code of 1956,"
(MCL 500.100 to 500.8302) by adding section 2210a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 2210a. A trustee of a trust has an insurable interest in
the life of an individual as provided in section 7114 of the
estates and protected individuals code, 1998 PA 386, MCL 700.7114.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
unless Senate Bill No. 32
of the 97th Legislature is enacted into law.
