SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 162

     A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled

"The code of criminal procedure,"

by amending section 8 of chapter II (MCL 762.8).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

CHAPTER II

     Sec. 8. Whenever a felony consists or is the culmination of 2

or more acts done in the perpetration thereof of that felony, said

the felony may be prosecuted in any county in which where any 1 of

said those acts was were committed or in any county that the

defendant intended the felony or acts done in perpetration of the

felony to have an effect.
