SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 335

     A bill to amend 2011 PA 142, entitled

"Health insurance claims assessment act,"

(MCL 550.1731 to 550.1741) by amending enacting section 2.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Enacting section 2. This act is repealed effective

January 1, 2014.2018.
