A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled
"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"
(MCL 324.101 to 324.90106) by adding section 40109a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 40109a. An individual shall not be prosecuted, punished,
or penalized by this state for lawfully taking game in another
state or for possessing that lawfully taken game in this state.
