by repealing sections 1172 and 1296 (MCL 380.1172 and 380.1296).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Enacting section 1. Sections 1172 and 1296 of the revised
school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1172 and 380.1296, are repealed.
