A bill to amend 1978 PA 59, entitled
"Condominium act,"
(MCL 559.101 to 559.276) by adding section 39a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 39a. Oil, gas, or mineral rights in land that is a common
element shall not be leased without the approval of a majority of
the votes that members of the association of co-owners are entitled
to cast.
