A bill to amend 1851 PA 156, entitled
"An act to define the powers and duties of the county boards of
commissioners of the several counties, and to confer upon them
certain local, administrative and legislative powers; and to
prescribe penalties for the violation of the provisions of this
act,"
(MCL 46.1 to 46.32) by adding section 11e.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 11e. A county with a population of 1,000,000 or more that
has adopted an optional unified form of county government under
1973 PA 139, MCL 45.551 to 45.573, and that has an information
system related to criminal justice or law enforcement, shall
establish rules consistent with the C.J.I.S. policy council act,
1974 PA 163, MCL 28.211 to 28.215, for an information system
related to criminal justice or law enforcement.
