SUMMARY:
House Bill 5171 would amend the Michigan Vehicle Code to specify that the Secretary of State could not renew an operator's license issued to an individual who is 75 years of age or older unless that individual renews the license in person at a Secretary of State branch office. The subsection created by the bill would be known as the "Ronald Kalisek, Sr., Act."
