The bill would amend the Michigan Memorial Highway Act to name the portion of highway Business Route 127 in Clinton County beginning at the intersection of Business Route 127 and West Walker Road and continuing south to East Townsend Road as the "PFC Andrew H. Nelson Memorial Highway".
