A bill to amend 1956 PA 218, entitled
"The insurance code of 1956,"
by repealing section 2477d (MCL 500.2477d).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Enacting section 1. Section 2477d of the insurance code of
1956, 1956 PA 218, MCL 500.2477d, is repealed.
Enacting section 2. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days
after the date it is enacted into law.
Enacting section 3. This amendatory act does not take effect
unless Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 4665 (request no.
01783'15) of the 98th Legislature is enacted into law.
