SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 4665

A bill to amend 1956 PA 218, entitled

"The insurance code of 1956,"

by repealing sections 2477, 2477a, 2477b, and 2477c (MCL 500.2477,

500.2477a, 500.2477b, and 500.2477c).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

Enacting section 1. Sections 2477, 2477a, 2477b, and 2477c of

the insurance code of 1956, 1956 PA 218, MCL 500.2477, 500.2477a,

500.2477b, and 500.2477c, are repealed.

Enacting section 2. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

after the date it is enacted into law.

Enacting section 3. This amendatory act does not take effect

unless all of the following bills of the 98th Legislature are

enacted into law:

(a) House Bill No. 4661.
