SENATE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 4047

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 5a.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 5a. The portion of highway M-18 in Gladwin County between

the northern city limit of the city of Beaverton and the southern

city limit of the city of Gladwin shall be known as the "Veterans

Memorial Highway".

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

after the date it is enacted into law.
