A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled
"The Michigan penal code,"
by repealing sections 546, 547, 548, 549, 550, and 551 (MCL
750.546, 750.547, 750.548, 750.549, 750.550, and 750.551).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Enacting section 1. Sections 546, 547, 548, 549, 550, and 551,
MCL 750.546, 750.547, 750.548, 750.549, 750.550, and 750.551, are
repealed.
Enacting section 2. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days
after the date it is enacted into law.
