SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 4409

     A bill to amend 1939 PA 280, entitled

"The social welfare act,"

by repealing section 57s (MCL 400.57s), as added by 2006 PA 471.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Enacting section 1. Section 57s of the social welfare act,

1939 PA 280, MCL 400.57s, is repealed.

     Enacting section 2. This amendatory act takes effect October

1, 2015.
