SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 5006

(as amended February 9, 2016)

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 5a.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 5a. The portion of highway Business Route I-96 within the

city limits of the city of Lansing shall be known as the "Lansing

Firefighter Dennis E. Rodeman Memorial [Highway]".

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

after the date it is enacted into law.
