A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled
"Michigan memorial highway act,"
(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 24a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 24a. The portion of highway M-37 in Newaygo County
beginning at the southern city limit of the city of White Cloud and
continuing north to the intersection of highway M-37 and 3 Mile
Road shall be known as the "Brian Derks Memorial Highway".
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days
after the date it is enacted into law.
