A bill to repeal 1984 PA 387, entitled
"State food stamp distribution act,"
(MCL 400.751 to 400.770).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Enacting section 1. The state food stamp distribution act,
1984 PA 387, MCL 400.751 to 400.770, is repealed.
Enacting section 2. This act takes effect 90 days after the
date it is enacted into law.
