ENROLLED SENATE BILL No. 759

AN ACT to repeal 1931 PA 205, entitled “An act to require the teaching of civics and political science in high schools, county normals and colleges, to prohibit the granting of diplomas, and degrees to students not successfully completing said courses, and to provide penalties for the violation thereof,” (MCL 388.372).

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. 1931 PA 205, MCL 388.372, is repealed.

Enacting section 2. This act takes effect 90 days after the date it is enacted into law.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
