SUMMARY:

House Bill 5237 would amend the Michigan Vehicle Code to require every vehicle on a highway in this state to display lighted lamps and illuminating devices during periods of rain, snow, fog, or other similar conditions and at all times when the vehicle’s windshield wipers are activated.
