CONTENT

 

The bill would amend Article 7 (Electricians and Electrical Contractors) of the Skilled Trades Regulation Act to prohibit a local ordinance providing for the licensure of electrical or specialty contractors, journeymen electricians, sign specialists, or fire alarm specialty technicians from requiring the individual to be licensed or registered with the municipality to participate in an apprenticeship or training program.
