A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled
"Michigan memorial highway act,"
(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 18a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 18a. The portion of highway I-94 in Jackson County
between exit 139 and exit 141 shall be known as the "Corrections
Officers Jack Budd and Josephine McCallum Memorial Highway".
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days
after the date it is enacted into law.
