HOUSE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 622

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 12b.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 12b. The portion of highway US-23 in Presque Isle County

between Maple Drive and Misiak Highway shall be known as the "Peter

A. Pettalia Memorial Highway".
