SENATE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 5112

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 16b.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 16b. The portion of the Red Arrow Highway in Berrien

County beginning at the intersection with Glenlord Road and

extending north to the intersection with Hilltop Road shall be

known as the "Trooper Robert J. Mihalik Memorial Highway".

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

after the date it is enacted into law.
