A bill to amend 1947 PA 267, entitled
"An act defining the boundaries between Minnesota, Michigan and
Wisconsin, adopting an interstate compact in relation thereto and
directing the governor to execute and witness the compact in the
name of the state, and to appropriate moneys therefor,"
by repealing section 8 (MCL 2.208).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Enacting section 1. Section 8 of 1947 PA 267, MCL 2.208, is
repealed.
