SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 474

     A bill to amend 1967 PA 288, entitled

"Land division act,"

by amending section 292 (MCL 560.292).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 292. Act No. 172 of the Public Acts of 1929, as amended,

being sections 560.1 to 560.80 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, is

repealed.A plat recorded under former 1839 PA 91 supersedes an

earlier plat to the extent of any conflict or inconsistency

regarding the dedication of a parcel restricting or limiting its

use for a court house in the earlier plat.
