SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 1145

     A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled

"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

by amending section 47305 (MCL 324.47305), as added by 1995 PA 57.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

Sec. 47305. (1) For the purpose of carrying The department may

promulgate rules necessary to carry out this section and sections

47302 and 47303. , the department may promulgate rules as may be

necessary.

     (2) R 299.771 and R 299.791 of the Michigan Administrative

Code are rescinded.
