A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled
"Michigan memorial highway act,"
(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 18a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 18a. (1) The portion of Williams Lake Road located in
Waterford Township shall be known as the "Operation Iraqi Freedom
Memorial Highway".
(2) The marker erected at the approach of the portion of
Williams Lake Road described in subsection (1) shall bear the names
of Private Damian S. Bushart, Private Bryon Fouty, and Specialist
Andrew Waits.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days
after the date it is enacted into law.
