ENROLLED SENATE BILL No. 1004

AN ACT to repeal 1881 PA 33, entitled “An act to provide for the publication of monthly crop and stock reports,” (MCL 285.21 to 285.22).

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. 1881 PA 33, MCL 285.21 to 285.22, is repealed.

Enacting section 2. This act takes effect 90 days after the date it is enacted into law.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
