CONTENT

 

The bill would create a new act to prohibit a department or agency of the State from taking disciplinary action against an employee of the department or agency because he or she communicated with a member of the Senate or House of Representatives or the member's staff, unless the communication was prohibited by law and the department or agency was exercising its authority as provided by law.
