A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 6b.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 6b. The portion of highway M-52 beginning at the intersection with Curtis Road in the city of Adrian and extending north to the intersection with highway M-50 shall be known as the "Trooper Byron J. Erickson Memorial Highway".
