SENATE BILL NO. 169

A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2083) by adding section 1084.

The people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 1084. The portion of highway M-15 beginning at the intersection of M-15 and Cass Avenue Road in Portsmouth Charter Township and extending north to the intersection of M-15 and Ridge Road in the city of Bay City shall be known as the "Army Sergeant First Class Michael Cathcart Memorial Highway".

Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days after the date it is enacted into law.
