"Motor vehicle franchise act,"

by repealing section 14 (MCL 445.1574), as amended by 2018 PA 668.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. Section 14 of the motor vehicle franchise act, 1981 PA 118, MCL 445.1574, is repealed.

Enacting section 2. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days after the date it is enacted into law.
