CONTENT

The bill would amend the lobbyist registration Act to do the following:

-- Require a lobbyist or lobbyist agent to file a report on February 28, covering expenditures and financial transactions during the immediately preceding August 31 to January 31.

-- Require a lobbyist or lobbyist agent to file a report on September 30, covering expenditures and financial transactions during the immediately preceding January 31 to August 31.

-- Require a report filed on September 30, 2021, to cover the immediately preceding December 31 to August 31.
