A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled

"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

by amending section 43560 (MCL 324.43560), as added by 1995 PA 57.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 43560. (1) A person An individual who violates this part or a rule promulgated under this part, for which violation a penalty is not otherwise provided for in this section or this part, is guilty of a misdemeanor , punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days , or a fine of not less than $25.00 or more than $250.00 and the costs of prosecution, or both.

(2) An individual who fails to exhibit a hunting, fur harvester's, or fishing license in violation of section 43516(3) is responsible for a state civil infraction and may be ordered to pay a civil fine of not more than $150.00.
