In accordance with the requirements of Section 46 of Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, being MCL 24.246, and paragraph 16 of Executive Order 1995-6, this is to advise you that the Michigan Office of Administrative Hearings and Rules filed Administrative Rule #2023-052-LR (Secretary of State
Filing #25-05-16) on this date at 1:48 p.m. for the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs entitled, “Psychology – General Rules.”

These rules become effective immediately after filing with the Secretary of State unless adopted under section 33, 44, or 45a(9) of the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.233, 24.244, or 24.245a. Rules adopted under these sections become effective 7 days after filing with the Secretary of State.

A bill to amend 2023 PA 10, entitled “An act to require prevailing wages and fringe benefits on state projects; to establish the requirements and responsibilities of contracting agents and bidders; to make

appropriations for the implementation of this act; and to prescribe penalties,” by amending section 9 (MCL 408.1109).

With the recommendation that the bill pass.

Senate Bill No. 319, entitled

A bill to amend 1947 PA 336, entitled “An act to prohibit strikes by certain public employees; to provide review from disciplinary action with respect thereto; to provide for the mediation of grievances and the holding of elections; to declare and protect the rights and privileges of public employees; to require certain provisions in collective bargaining agreements; to prescribe means of enforcement and penalties for the violation of the provisions of this act; and to make appropriations,” by amending sections 11 and 15 (MCL 423.211 and 423.215), section 15 as amended by 2023 PA 143.

With the recommendation that the bill pass.
