Amends title & secs. 5, 6, 8, 25, 28, 41, 41a, 42, 43a, 43e, 81b, 84, 91, 108, 124 & 131 of 1980 PA 300 (MCL 38.1305 et seq.); adds secs. 43g, 59, 81d, 84b, 91a, 92b, 93 & 131a & repeals sec. 43d of 1980 PA 300 (MCL 38.1343d).
